Sir Graham McCamley

Born in Rockhampton, Queensland in 1932, Graham McCamley took over Tartrus Station as a raw block of undeveloped country in 1954 as a 21 year old. A fourth generation cattle producer, Sir Graham McCamley was awarded a Knight Bachelor in 1986 for his enormous contribution to the cattle industry and 20 years of representing cattlemen in the UGA and Cattlemans Union.

Lady Shirley McCamley

Graham married Shirley Clarice Tindale in October 1956. Shirley was born in Clermont and her family moved to Rockhampton when she was ten years old. Graham and Shirley have three children, Jennifer, Russell and Jacqui and seven grandchildren.

Jennifer McCamley

Jennifer McCamley has been running the Tartrus Stud since the early 1980s and has taken on full responsibility of the enterprise under a lease agreement structured with her father.
